A Forum for the establishment of a repository about ‘Algae consumption in Europe before 15 May 1997’ This repository includes macroalgae (seaweed) and microalgae. This Forum aims to identify and describe the algae consumption not included in the Novel Food Catalog**

This platforms’ content is under revision.

*Algaeneers are researchers or professionals who work with algae, such as seaweeds or microalgae. They can be students, postdocs, entrepreneurs, or industry experts. 

They are interested in algae-based research, development, and innovations.
